.Net Web Developer - Multiple Positions
The Dot Net Factory is currently seeking creative, energetic, smart and motivated .NET Web Developers. These individuals will be working with a close-knit team of .NET Developers to help develop the next generation of our EmpowerID web-based suite of applications for Microsoft Active Directory. The EmpowerID Suite was built using only the latest .NET 3.0 and Web 2.0 technologies.
The Dot Net Factory is currently experiencing rapid growth and offers a great home for new developers desiring immersion in these technologies as well as for Senior Developers looking to be a star in a rapidly growing software company. Developers will immediately be engaged in our process working closely with management and engineering throughout all stages of the product life cycle in a role that will help shape the usefulness, usability, and aesthetic design for new and existing applications. You must be a creative problem solver, have a critical eye for detail, and a passion for technology. A strong technical background is an absolute must. This is a job for techies only.
Responsibilities
- Take a leading role defining and implementing the user experience for new and existing applications in a fast-paced work environment
- Make constructive suggestions for change and be a consistent advocate for user-centric design
- Produce world-class prototypes using bleeding edge web technologies listed below
- Be responsible for developing portions of the suite and working in tandem with other developers
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under tight deadlines while maintaining high product relevance and quality
- Ability to produce GUI mock-ups in Photoshop or equivalent
- A demonstrably strong and clean visual design sense
- Strong HTML related skills (XML/XHTML/CSS)
- Strong C# skills
- Strong client-side JavaScript skills (DOM/AJAX)
- Recent experience to web-based Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, Atlas)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work on, and keep track of, multiple projects with limited supervision
