EmpowerID Profile Manager reduces the administrative costs associated with entering, revising and
synchronizing employee information by enabling directory information self-service updating by users
for multiple directory or database accounts.
EmpowerID Profile Manager's easy to use, web-based, self-service interfaces enables users to update
their personal information in one location and have that updated information flow into all other
directories. Profile Manager provides self-service updates and uses approval workflows to maintain
control over the content entered. Profile Manager automatically synchronizes user information as it
changes in any connected directory with flexible "attribute flow" rules.
Profile Manager leverages EmpowerID's flexible Business Process Management platform to:
